Kay McGovern & Associates is a full service court reporting firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Our parent company, Capital Litigation Support, Inc., is a North Carolina corporation founded in 1990 by Kay K. McGovern, CVR-CM, a freelance court reporter with over 25 years’ experience serving North Carolina attorneys, courts, and regulatory boards.

 

Our nationally certified staff of employed and contract reporters has a combined total of over 75 years of experience in all types of reporting:  depositions, trials, hearings, conferences, regulatory board proceedings, and scientific meetings.  Our reporters have particular experience in the following areas:
